Rates
Onsite Support is billed $100 per hour. New clients receive $50 off their first invoice.
One hour minimum required, and then billed by 15 minute increments.
Remote Support is billed $75 per hour, by 15 minute increments.
Terms
As part of our service, we may become aware of passwords. While privacy and protection is a core priniple. We cannot gurantee the safety and security of your passwords. By using our services you agree we are not responsible for maintaining or protecting your passwords.
